Looking for Outbounders to call for a Business to Business Energy Campaign

I work for a nationwide energy consulting firm. I am looking potentially for multiple agents to call businesses in an effort to get them to send us their utility bill for review.

Once we have the bills my goal is to match them with an energy offering that is going to meet their business needs and save them some money.

In an effort to assist in having them send their bills in I am able to offer them a gift certificate just for taking the time and faxing their bills. I figure this should help with conversion.
