We are looking for a personable, engaging individual who can do more than read from a script. The right person will want to do more than set up appointments. They will want to learn how to own the job and close the deal. It's one thing to make an hourly wage, an entirely different ball game when you start earning large commission checks. This will be a learning process and if you take to it you will be well rewarded.
Requirement will include some understanding of digital and software terminology (you do not have to be tech savvy, just know what the words mean), be willing to learn about the growing field of eLearning and be meticulous in reporting and follow-up. You will be representing a professional company who will provide you with the resources you need to make it happen. We are fiercely competitive on pricing and provide value added services that most of our competitors only wish they had. We will give you strong leads or if your ambitious enough you will figure out who else could be potential clients and pursue them on your own.
I'm sure you will have questions about this, so write me and I will answer promptly and honestly. Although the company is new, the management and production teams have vast entrepreneurial and development skills. These services have not yet hit their peak, but it's moving fast and now is the time to get in.
