Need to plan 7 Days Tour of Philippines

Work Would include

1) Assisting to finalise itinerary and Places Of Visit
2) Booking Hotels at all Locations
3) Handle Transport Arrangements
4) Handle Food Arrangements
5) Recreation arrangements for all 7 to 10 Day
6) the tour is a luxury tour and not a budget tour. Hotels and all must be the best available.
7) Has to tour Guide ,all expenses are paid.
8) Knowledge of local language is a must.
