Based in the Greater Boston area, The Bulfinch Group is an independent financial services and wealth management firm that has been providing personalized financial advice, experienced investment management to individuals/families and business owners since 1994.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to make cold calls to help grow our 401(k) business in the Boston area. You will work directly with our Investment Department to identify specific prospects and report sales activity.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for prospecting and generating new 401(k) business leads.

* Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls to targeted markets.

* Ability to market The Bulfinch Group in a professional manner and articulate how we can be valuable to our prospects success.

* Track and note all communication between prospects.

* Comfortable cold-calling for new business opportunities. * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
