A Toronto based RESP (Registered Education Saving Plan) company is looking for a responsible Booking Agent to call prospective customers from our list of excellent leads and book appointments for our sales agents.
It is very easy to book appointments due to our great leads, as well as the high demand for the program. The Leads consist of pregnant mothers or mothers of newborns. The program we are offering them is a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) which is a government subsidized program. Please note that you are not selling RESPs, you are only booking appointments for our agents to go and explain the program to the potential clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Contact our leads via e-Phone (Skype, Google chat etc.), email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner
- Reschedule customer Appointments if needed
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Compensation:
- Base salary of $5/hour + Bonus $5 per appmnt (average agent currently make 2 appmnt per hour, that means $15/Hour )
- If you are productive this will be expanded to a full time position and higher salary.
