Im looking for a VA to help with my real estate business.

**Responsibilities Include**

Screening buyer & seller leads daily
Running comparable sales and determining value
Understanding my buying criteria & recommending a course of action
Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I"ll provide the call script)
Coordinating paperwork and closing

**Must have**

Dog-like dependability
Ox-like work ethic
Cat-like reflexes
