Portuguese speaking Agents with Technical Interest and Lead Generation experience

We are looking for motivated and experienced Phone Agents with technical interest who speak fluent Portuguese and good English.

Responsibilities:
- Generate interest into products and services of a business
- Promotes/secures orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Demonstrates products and services to potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for moderate to complex special projects
- Other duties as required

Requirements:
- Must possess solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Skills: Customer Service, Self-Confidence, Goal Orientation, Effective Communication Skills, Client Relationships
- Experience in lead generation
