We are a fast growing Reputation marketing and video marketing Services company. We help businesses, professionals, and entrepreneurs grow by marketing their most important asset, their reputations online. We are on the search for our next Lead Gen Specialist to help us help businesses across in the UK and Canada.
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting our sales and business development teams by generating and qualifying leads, to pass off to appointment setters to close sales both over the phone and through email. By making outbound calls, this person will be the first contact for all our prospects.
What we expect:
• Call from targeted lists and qualify leads
• Be able to clearly demonstrate company/product value to prospects
Be able to close sales
• Report on KPI’s daily and weekly
• Log all communication in CRM - “If it’s not in our CRM, it didn’t happen”
• Show interest and gain understanding of our target markets
• We expect you to take constructive feedback and don’t get upset when it is given
• When you don’t understand - All you need to do is ask
What you’ll bring:
• 2+ years of telemarketing experience
• Experience working with phone dialer and CRM’s
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals
• A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude
• Ability to effectively follow a script, take feedback, and be coached as needed
