I need an experienced marketing professional to manage all aspects of marketing. You will have access to sensitive information and passwords so must be trustworthy. The job entails recruiting a team of home based telemarketing agents via outboundres and other appropriate platforms, managing their performance and pay, managing and filling the appointment diary and conducting appraisals. Minimum targets will be set which must be met. A basic and commission structure is offered.
