I Need Outbounders to call my prospects

I need an experienced telemarketer with good English accent and lots of confidence to call uk customers to set appointments for solar appointments. Script and data will be provided. Pay is $10 per hour if target of 10 appointments a week is met (That is only 2 appointments a day). 9 appointments or less a week will be paid at $3 an hour. So if you're good we want to hear from you
