We are an online education website successful in the Spanish market and now launching our international branch (english) selling digital marketing eCourses (e.g. SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing) and looking for a inbound customer care agent that can take care of
- incoming mails from potential customers
- incoming phone calls (later, not in the beginning)
We are looking somebody with english native accent who can also speak Spanish.
We don't know the mail/call volume yet, it will be very low in the beginning so we would like to start with a small package of maybe 2 hours per day. Customers will operate in European (UK) GMT time either in the morning or afternoon (to be decided)
