The requirement for this campaign is to requalify leads who have expressed interest in purchasing a specific property before. All leads have responded to an email marketing campaign promoting a specific property/location/development etc. All lead sources, enquiry date and initial interest for each lead is provided in the lead list supplied for the campaign. This is important because each lead should be contacted as a warm lead who has previously expressed interest in one of our properties.
The idea is to follow up with the lead to ascertain whether theyre still in the market for a great property deal.
Establish a need and match that need with the right property in our sales portfolio.
A typical qualification would be to contact the lead with an introduction eg; Hi I am YOUR NAME, calling from Imagine Overseas. I just wanted to touch base with you as it has been some time so we had last spoken about (state the property/development they originally enquired about). Feel free to engage them using your excellent sales skills. Eg; Do you recall receiving the information on ... we sent, what were your thoughts on our opportunities, do you require any further information, shall I forward you some more details and schedule a call back to answer any questions etc.
Then go ahead to inform them that we have been periodically emailing them information about our latest releases such as our no deposit required, 100% finance offers, with positive cash flow and guaranteed returns.
Feel free to explain the key points outlined in the attached product list (which is also an email flyer sent out to clients as a promotional tool) for reference. Once an interest is established you can either directly work to close this sale or refer to myself - the senior sales manager for a follow up to close business with the lead.
The minimum requirement for this campaign is to in a rapid turnaround time, establish an interest for the listed products, requalify the lead based on their initial enquiry, explain that weve been in correspondence over some time and thought it prudent to call to discuss their requirements as we have the best range of options to suit their needs at unbeatable costs to them. Our products make it easy to match their needs eg; if they have a small budget we have low money down and 100% finance offers, if they are concerned about guaranteed returns we have several products that offer long term guarantees and positive cash flow, if they prefer location and quality we have luxury accommodation in exotic locations perfect for both holiday and investment. We have options to suit most budgets and requirements so therefor it is important to really match requirements with the product. Provide the key points eg; development type, location, entry price, offer etc.
Attempt to pre-close the client (this can be achieved in 1-2 phone calls due to the lead being warm (they had made an enquiry in response to one of our ads and already in receipt of property emails, and have received phone calls from myself directly in the past). This can also help you when contacting the lead by saying that my sales manager Jay Musa was in communication with you in relation to - state the property they initially enquired about and then try to requalify and convert.
Please familiarise yourself with the key points of the properties attached. All the leads supplied for this campaign wouldve received information and expressed interest. Youre required to re-establish that interest and convert into sales.
