Outbound Team manager and outbound caller required

We are looking to hire 5 to 10 people to make outbound calls to our clients to search for leads on items that will be coming up for sale.

The perfect Candidate will have great over the phone english communication with ability to speak some french.

To start we are looking to hire a manager to oversee this project who will be trained for our needs. The perfect candidate will exceed in the lead generation process. no sales will be done on this project and all leads will be handed over to our internal sales team to follow up on leads.
If you have more then 5 years on out bound calling and lead generation we welcome you to apply for this position. the starting rate is low to start until we find the right candidates. once we have the right candidates will will move to a balanced type employ where we will compensate our outbounders with wage plus bonus on items we get listed for sale that sell. the price offered for this position is a starting price.
