Need help for an in-bound project - Bi-Lingual Spanish Preferred

I am looking for people to work the following hours for an in-bound project. All hours available are for Eastern US Time:

Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 9:30am and then 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday 6:30am - 9:30am and then 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 6am - 6pm
Sunday 6am - 6pm
