Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Supporter. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone to ask questions and gather information necessary for form completion and appointment scheduling. This is not a sales position; customers are expecting your call and will appreciate your assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ask relevant questions to gather accurate information for form completion.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments based on their availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant databases.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Proficient in using phone systems and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
