Our pay structure is commissioned based (performance only).
Commission: $100 per sale (with completed installations). As you can see, the commission is high so we must be sure that these are in fact qualified customers and they actually go through with the installation. The steps to follow for the commission are the following:
1- Get a customer interested in the promotion and make sure they meet requirements
2- Get necessary info to run credit and what installation day and time they would like.
3- Put them on a brief hold and call our office to verify Credit and installation times available. We will quickly confirm credit score and installation day.
4- Get back to the customer with installation day confirmation and politely end the call.
5- Finally, we send a tech to install the equipment on the scheduled installation date and time and the $100 is yours once installation has been completed.
As you can see there is lots of $$$ to be made here. An average of only one a day will make you at least $100 a day, but if you get good at it quickly you can be closing 2-3+ deals a day and be making hundreds of dollars a day. I worked my way from the bottom doing sales (telemarketing and Door to door knocking) and also as a technician and believe me, there is $$$ to be made in the security industry. All that is needed is persistence, discipline, and good attitude.
The reason why we have a commission only pay structure is because our sales package is easier to sell than most producst out there. Security is something on the rise now, and our offer are great. We give consumers a FREE equipment package ($850 value) and FREE installation with the purchase of a 36-month Monitoring agreement (Monitoring is only $39.99 a month). There is only an upfront $69 activation fee and the only requirements for any consumer to qualify for this great promotion is that they cannot be under a contract with another security alarm company, they must be a homeowner, and their credit score has to be over 625.
BONUS! $800 Dollars! Make 28 sales in any particular month (calculated from the 1st day of the month until the last day of the month) and make a $800 Bonus!
Additional Bonus structures that include paid cruise ship vacations and/or other paid vacations are available for employees that have been with us for over 3 months.
