We are launching an online travel hotel booking meta search website and will be receiving hotel bookings. We need to outsource the customer service whom will be receiving phone calls from customer that may want to cancel booking , guidance of making a booking.
As it is new website we anticipate that the calls will not have much volumes thus we need a person whom is able to manage the day calls and another for night calls. We would prefer a shared resource for the time being until the volumes of calls justify us to have a dedicated person for each shift.
