Description: Cold calling for sales of Business Cash Merchant Advance Loans. Experience Required! This is an audition position. Once you prove you have the talent to join our team we offer salary, commission and top performing bonuses to qualified candidates.
We are currently seeking outstanding telesales candidates to join our top performing sales team. We provide you with all the tools.
Potential candidates will be trained within our system and given 30 days to audition for a permanent position on our exclusive top performing Gold Club Sales Team.
Minimum Sales of $88,000 per month (160 hours worked) in gross loan proceeds are required for this position. *** This is not a lead generation position you must be able to work with potential clients to close loans*** Failure to meet these requirements will result in termination.
A lot of our clients are based in the following industries so experience in dealing with these industries is a plus: Doctor/ Medical, Restaurant, Contracting and Transportation.
This is a high pressure, high production sales environment! Our telesales brokers are expected to be on the phone seeking business 8 hours a day. Calls and time brokers spend on the phone are monitored for training and coaching purposes. This is a high income opportunity. Gold Club Sales Team Permanent Position Details:
Expected Sales: Each Broker is expected to produce a minimum of $88,000 in funded gross loan proceeds per month.
Base Pay: $5 per hour plus commission and production bonuses
Sales Commission: 1.25% of funded gross loan proceeds above $62,500. Based on Monthly Production. Sales reset the 1st of each month.
Example: Month Sales $ 100,000
Commission Eligible Loan Proceeds $ 37,500
1.25% Commission x.0125
Sales Commission Earned $ 468.75
Sales Bonuses: $500.00 Gold Club Bonus- This bonus is for our top producers closing a minimum of $125,000 in gross loan proceeds in any calendar month.

What we require:
1) Friendly, seasoned merchant cash advance sales reps with a professional attitude.
2) Must be able to work 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week. (This is documented through our calling system and other time management tracking systems)
3) Must use our provided calling platform for outbound sales calls
4) Must be able to have calls forwarded to you through our phone system for inbound sales calls
5) Must be a team player with high expectations and goals for themselves
6) Must be willing to learn and be coached.
