• Deep understanding of the business and competitive landscape
• Proven track record in corporate sales
• Strong partnership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Excellent analytical skills and process driven approach
• Undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and pursue proactive sales acquisition process to increase win rates within target market
• Acquire target corporate clients from defined prospect market that will be provided and be accountable for performance
• Leverage pre-existing corporate relationships to identify and pursue qualified prospect opportunities
• Engage and partner with assigned Lead Advisors
• Develop and maintain our presence in the marketplace
• Ensure messaging in the marketplace is consistent and reflects our value proposition
• Conduct and maintain competitive intelligence on corporate plan acquisitions and approach
• Manage third party relationships and industry influencers
• Effectively track progress through a disciplined territory management oversight
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure we remain well positioned in the marketplace
