You’ll be trained and certified in Adwords best practices & SEO. Training comes from our team’s industry veterans that have been doing online marketing since the dawn of Google.

As a Sales Development Representative you'll identify revenue opportunities from qualified leads over the phone through outbound selling strategies.

We are a startup that recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary in May 2015 (Cinco de Mayo to be exact). This is an unique opportunity for a few self motivated individuals to see a business grow rapidly, be an integral part of it, work with smart and motivated individuals and learn a TON!

We Offer:
Hourly + commission
We don’t believe in 40 hour work weeks (just 30)

Responsibilities:
- The SDR is often the first contact a potential client has us. For this reason it is essential that you present yourself in a professional manner over the phone.
- You’ll be on an aggressive growth plan to get Adwords certified with a great understanding of how SEO works. You’ll work closely with our Sr. Marketing Consultants to identify qualified opportunities and use tools to help you identify needs quickly in order to develop solid sales opportunities for your team.

Your primary work will consist of:
- Prospecting and setting appointments for Sr. Marketing Consultants
- 80% of your work time will be spent on prospecting new business over the phone
- Qualifying prospects for a complimentary evaluation of their online marketing efforts
- Building value for prospects so they show up for scheduled appointments

Qualifications:
- Sets and achieves goals
- Strong phone and written communicator
- Is a hard worker and positive
- Gets excited about sales and is competitive
- Technology inclined

Bonus Qualifications
1+ years outbound sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Adwords certified
- SEO experience

Compensation:
Salary; $10,920 salary per year (don’t forget...only 30 hrs/week)
Commission; $3,000 - $9,000 per year
