Looking for agents to handle calls and pre-screen calls for interested businesses that qualify. Minimum requirements are as follows:
We are looking for MCA leads that fit the following minimum criteria
- US based businesses only
- In business at least 6 months
- Not a work-at-home job
- No Collection Agencies, Property Management, Travel Agents, Vacation Rentals, Real Estate, Brokers and Dealerships - auto dealerships, Non-profit/religious, Daycare, Attorneys and accountants, Insurance companies broker
- Not asking for more than 150% of their monthly earnings
- Depositing at least $10,000 into their business bank accounts monthly for at least 3 months
- No bounced checks or insufficient funds on business bank account in last 3 months
- Asking for at least $10,000 in funding
- No seasonal businesses (EG: Lawn care)
Applicants will be given a basic script to go by as well as a rebuttals list to assist them in overcoming any objections from potential leads. Dialer and leads will be provided on our own systems.
Payout for work is paid on a per-lead basis with a minimum payout of $2.00 per hour. If you are using our systems to generate the leads we will pay you $7.00 per lead to start and will give you a raise after 30 days based on performance. The better you do with the leads given the better your raise will be. So, if you work for 40 hours for the week you will be given a minimum payout of $80 and let's say for instance that you generated 30 leads for the week then you will be paid $210.00 and not $290.00. You will be paid the minimum payout for the week OR the commission you earned for the leads you've generated depending on which one is greater.
You can use your own systems and data if you have these available. If you have access to your own data and dialer I will pay $15 per qualified lead provided. A qualified lead is any lead that you provide that is then sent to our QA department for final review. They will provide a recording of the call with the lead and will provide a reason for any lead that is declined. Reasons for leads being declined are leads that aren't interested, leads that have lied about their income, leads that are asking for more than they can be qualified for, or an incorrect phone number entered for the lead.
We need over 100 more leads per week at this time so we are looking to ramp up production as quickly as possible and even more so at the beginning of the new year.
