Phone Sales Agents (B2B - Inside Sales)

We are looking for experienced sales agents to call businesses in our directory to become partners on our site. This is not an appointment setting position; it is sales. Becoming a partner means signing up a monthly agreement for us to list their business at the top of all other providers in their area. Think Yelp, for seniors. Providers in our network are doctors, attorneys, facilities and all other services for seniors.

Ideal candidate will speak fluent English, be professional and persistent, getting through the gate-keepers and delivering effective pitch to decision-makers.

We use Salesforce and Cloud-based dialer, easy and convenient. You must have reliable internet connection, computer and good headset (clear voice, as if on phone).

We have scripts to guide the conversation and encourage our agents to make it their own.

Since our project is straight-forward, we prefer agents that are able to get up to speed with minimal training. Plan is to get the right candidates ready within January, then start in February.

Tentative hours at this time are: 9 AM – 12 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, long-term for the right person.
