Need outbounders for customer service

I need to hire female worker for Customer Service on long term basis. It is inbound and outbound calls trough Skype to get questions and to answer to them.

1. Excellent Excel and Word Skills
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Available from Monday - Friday
4. Knowledge of English language

The job will be to

1. Provide Admin support
2. Answer calls
3. Courtesy Calls to Customers
4. Any Other Support work required

I am looking for someone who is reliable,disciplined and know to respect boss.
