I need an outbounder to call senior housing facilities in the US to obtain basic information about their community. The information needed is:
1. Size (Total number of rooms at community)
2. Costs (What is monthly rent, other fees?)
3. Occupancy (How many available rooms?)
I will provide training, but experience with senior housing is a huge plus. I have scripts and will let you listen in on a live call I make. Also, an American dialect is important. Doesn't need to be perfect, but is important.
The way it will work:
I will send you an excel workbook with 5-8 senior housing communities. The quickest I can make 5-8 calls myself is about 1-2 hours depending if I reach the correct person right away. Three days (72 hours) should give you enough flexibility to complete each set of 5-8 properties, but expectation is that task will only take 2 billing hours.
Estimated workload is 2-3 hours per day with more work available for right candidate.
The phone call is simple and pressure-free. After getting information, you will need to enter the information into excel spreadsheet and send back to me.
