Call Associate

We are looking for our next team of rock stars. As we look forward to our growth we are evaluating potential new employees to operate as SALES REPRESENTATIVES. We currently focus on Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Home Security, Solar and Legal.

BASIC FUNCTION: Make outbound calls for clients based on provided scripts. This involves obtaining and verifying customer information, asking about the current services they have and referring them to companies with much more competitive offers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent Conversational English Skills
• Good Comprehension and Listening Skills
• At least 1 year Call Center Experience (Preferably Sales Experience)
• Energetic and Highly Motivated
• Detail-oriented and Customer-focused
• Can Work Well in a Team

This is a full time position. Working hours is 11pm to 9am (Philippine Time).
