Phone Relationship Cultivator Wanted

I'm a real estate investor in the United States, and I'm looking for someone who knows how to build relationships with real estate agents, property managers, etc. as well as sellers via phone conversations.

I'm not looking for a telemarketer to sell anything, rather a relationship cultivator, who can call real estate professionals and property owners, build rapport and a relationship with them, and ultimately get discounted property deals from them.

You must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

* Very fluent in writing and conversing in English, without or with a very slight discernible accent.

* Be comfortable talking to people on the phone and building a warm relationship with them.

* Friendly, warm, and personable but not flimsy or weak-voiced.

Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.
