I'm a real estate investor in the United States, and I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help me with following up with property owners by calling them via phone (Skype) to obtain additional information about their property and gauge their motivation level to sell their property.
In order to be considered for this job you MUST have the following:
* Very fluent in writing and conversing in English.
* You must be comfortable talking on the phone with property owners and be able to build rapport with them.
* Must have good computer-skills, specifically knowledge of Excel, Gmail, Dropbox, and general ability to use Windows-based software.
* Preference for those with prior experience and knowledge of using CRM software.
Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.
