THEY ARE ALL WARM LEADS WHERE CLIENTS ARE LOOKING FOR THE SERVICE AND HAVE COME ONTO A WEBSITE AND HAVE REQUESTED A CALL BACK FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
WE NEED THE AGENTS TO CALL THE CLIENT AND BUILD A RAPPORT AND GATHER AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE AND EXPLAIN OUR SERVICE.
