Need Outbounder to cold call people and set appointments

It would be an asset to find someone who has vast experience in cold calling to generate leads and setting appointments. It would also be an asset to find someone who has done sales for insurance companies and understands how life insurance, disability insurance and critical illness works, and to persuade someone over the phone to book an appointment so that I may close the sale. If you like challenges, and are good at this job, I have no problem keeping you on permanently, and paying you a base hourly wage as well as commission.
