We are a start-up company providing online training for Network Engineers wanting to become proficient with Cisco and Riverbed network systems. The business is also targeted at IT Directors that want their IT staff to receive training on Cisco and Riverbed network systems.

As this is an online business, our market is global. However, we’re looking for English speaking telemarketer’s with no accent.
Business Summary

The business allows Network Engineers to train on Cisco and Riverbed equipment anytime, day or night, from the office or from the comfort of their home on their PC. All that is required is an internet connection.

The online training is of particular benefit for companies that want their IT staff to train on the latest Cisco and Riverbed equipment but don’t want to send their staff away on training courses where they will be away from the office for the days while away training.

As mentioned, we’re looking for English speaking telemarketers (no accent) who will make cold calls to simply encourage potential customers to register on our website to trial our training labs. You won’t be selling anything, as it’s free to trial the lab. Only after the trial period will potential customers be required to pay a fee if they wish to continue using the lab after the trial period.

There will be two types of calls to be made (1) Calls to IT Directors to explain the benefits of having members of their IT team trial our online training labs (2) Network Engineers to explain the benefits of using our online training labs to enhance their skills, to improve their job prospects, to pass exams, etc…

Knowledge of Cisco or Networking is very important. It will be easy for the right telemarketer with experience in this field.

Although this is a global business our market will predominantly be USA & UK.

We will provide you with the leads, contact details and script - you make the calls. No sales required – just inviting users to register on our site to trial our online labs.
