We're a multifamily sales team that has closed $100+ Million in 2014.
We are looking for native English speaking individual(s) who are energetic and disciplined to become dedicated prospectors. The position focuses solely on uncovering new sales leads by rigorously calling building owners and arranging meetings with interested sellers. We will provide you a database of contacts to call.
KEY SKILL:
Creative ability to adapt and to think on your feet during a phone conversation using strong and effective communications skills.
WHAT A SUCCESSFUL ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE:
Strong consultative sales style and influencing skills. Overcome objections.
Maintain a self-motivated, positive, and high energy attitude.
Persistent and determined. Results-oriented.
Make outbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis. Conduct follow-up as needed.
Manage contact database system.
YOUR PAY:
Bonuses paid out upon specific milestones and a % of each sale. The compensation is structured to generate a stable base income while providing significant upside to reach a high income for a part-time position and a six-figure income for a full-time position.
