Need Technically Savvy Callers to Call Freelance Programmers

I am setting this at the rate specified, because i am willing to provide 40 hours a week of work at this rate for several months.
I have a database of 3 to 4 thousand developers and freelancers (growing daily). Need a few people to call each of them and fill out their profile for them, filling in some fields, and asking them to go online and record their profile videos, along with a few other details. Each call may require 10-15 minutes and I will have to train you on the approach.
