Need outbounders to generate leads for custom software development opportunities

Looking to hire outbounders to generate leads for our company (appsimity.com) for projects in domain of custom software development (UX Design, Mobile Apps, Web development, Internet of Things Integration). We will work together on closing the leads towards getting a final sale. We are willing to pay a 20% commission on the total deal size once the deal closes. The payments schedule of 20% commission to outbounder will match the clients payment schedule to us. The $200 above is just an example of sample commission for closing a project worth $1000
