all the clients medical group policy are coming up for renewal and as a broker we want to offer our services to do a market comparison and find them a better deal. we dont charge the client anything and the worst they will get from us is a free market comparison/

It is better if we can get a face to face meeting as it is an indicator they are open to working with as opposed to those who just want us to send an email as they never get back.

Please call between 9am and 4pm dubai time and arrange meetings between 10am and 3pm. if multiple meetings occur on the same day please keep an hours gap between them and not more than 3 meetings a day. ideally 2 would be best.

Once a meeting is confirmed, let me know and i will send them a calendar invite, so please get their physical and email address.

please try and start calling as soon as possible as thursday is public holiday. this really shouldn't take more than 3 hours. if you can start booking meetings from sunday that would be great.
