Our company is seeking a SUPERSTAR telesales experts. We are looking for a hard working individual who wants a long-term career. You'll be provided with unqualified leads of sporting clubs. Our target areas are UK, Australia, and NZ. We do not want aggressive sales people; so just introduce our company with manners and without any pressure - 1. Introduce our company 2. Explain what we manufacture 3. Inform of any special offers 4. Either schedule appointment for call back quote by our internal closers, or at the very least capture name, email, and address to send offers and email out our catalogues. Looking for freelancers with perfect English, must be comfortable with cold calling, must be experienced in sales over the phone. Hourly pay + monthly bonuses for hitting sales goals. Full time work 8 hours per day 6 days per week (Sunday off). The hours you work must coordinate with the time zone you are cold calling. If you have a full time job this is not for you! We need dedicated staff members!
This project will start with a trial period of one month. If you are a good fit for us and are able to close a sufficient amount of sales, this will be a lifelong project with the same conditions: hourly pay + commission.
Before you start working you will get a quick training about our services and company, so you're prepared to bring in some new customers. We will provide call script (guide)
Requirements:
- Must have experience in B2B telesales
- Clear speaking voice
- A computer with HIGH SPEED Broadband internet . Don’t apply if you are down all the time because this will not be tolerated as an excuse.
- Must have a VoIP or phone service Skype etc.
- A quiet environment
- Must log time worked to get paid.
- Computer proficient
- Great communicator! Don't be afraid to talk to us about the job, the clients, the service, your wishes & concerns... your input is very valuable to us.
Initial Pay per hour is between $3 to $4. After successful trial period, the salary will increase. A 13 month bonus will be paid at the completion of one year’s service. Pay is weekly.
