Your Goal & Job Description
Turn on our high quality auto-dialer on a daily basis (leads will be dropped in for you on a weekly basis)
Use our professionally written sales script
Determine if the homeowner is motivated to sell the property
Set an appointment for our purchase manager to call them back
RINSE & REPEAT
It’s as simple as that. Expect to be talking to 15-20 homeowners a day or more.
Requirements:
English Verbal & Written Skills are 100% perfect
Sales Experience
Experience Cold Calling to US clients
Experience working with US based clientele
Quiet Work Space with Noise Canceling Headset and ZERO distractions during the hours of 8AM - 7pm EST
High Speed Internet Connection
Understanding of the United States Real Estate Industry a MAJOR PLUS but NOT a requirement
Organized,
A sales background is REQUIRED. Candidate will be paid hourly as well as bonus commissions for reaching monthly sales quotas and is responsible for scheduling their own follow-ups and outbound calls with sellers they have already spoken to.
