Job Description:
We're looking for a Sales Associate/Telemarketer to help us generate revenue and increase the customer base for our business and our direct marketing needs.
You will be working as the liaison between brokers and our company. We require you to contact brokers on our list and set them up to sell our services to their current clients.
This is a new role and we are looking for someone who can adapt this position for maximum results. We will be providing the initial leads. We expect this role to be 1-2 months of 40 hours per month. After this time period you can decide on the hours needed to nurture prospects and clients. You may also choose to do via social media.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of goods/services
- Educate and engage prospects through product demonstrations
- Meet specified quotas and deadlines - Maintain knowledge of the company's offerings
- Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales
- Source and develop client relationships and referrals
- Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals - Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
- Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
