Job Description:
We're looking for a Telemarketer & Dialing agents to help us and join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record names, addresses, queries, and reactions of prospects contacted
- Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
- Schedule appointments for potential clients and forward the leads/call to Sa
Your qualifications:
- Basic telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience a plus
- A complete Elance profile
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred.
