Need agents to get me clinets

I need agents to get me business. I am having a small IT firm in India. I need agents who can get me client from over the world to take service from me on the following things:-

1) Corporate branding (logo,brochure,profile,cards designs etc)
2) Responsive websites
3) Mobile applications
4) Animations
5)E-learning lessons
6)Software development
7) Content writing
8) Voice-overs

I am ready to pay $100 per week to the agent on getting me business. The $100 would be paid for minimum of 8 projects in a week (big or small) and if the number of project exceeds 10 then the agent will be paid $50 per extra project.
I will work in this pattern for 3 months and if the agent is found to be good I will hire the person on an hourly basis for 30 hours per week and also pay commssion on sales
