I'm looking for someone MOTIVATED and DRIVEN to take ownership and responsibility for their division and their growth.

Tasks for Home Buyer Division you will be over:
(responsibilities include but not limited to the following)
-Return all calls as they come in.
-Call Internet Ads
-Enter leads into database.
-Set appts. With the most motivated sellers
-Comp properties
-Selling Purchase Agreement: Take all calls and set appts. with Rent to --Own and cash buyers and add to local home buyer's calendar or plug in database
-Selling Purchase Agreement: Screen calls from all bandit campaigns for buyers and set appts. or plug in database if investor or homebuyer with cash.
-Selling Purchase Agreement: Post and remove all our properties on Postlets and Craigslists.
-Response to all request that my team my need in a timely manner.

Must be a good communicator, fluent in English with minimal accent.
Must have a good internet connection.
