Cold calling by Phone to get more info from Inbounds (US-BASED ONLY)

General Purpose:

Interact by phone with outside parties to collect information about contacts present in our sales cycle. You will need to acquire key contact information (email address) from our ongoing leads that do not provide us with such info. You will be responsible of verifying the information via tools that we will provide. Once the information is verified and valid, you will submit it in our Salesforce infrastructure.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- contact businesses or private individuals by phone;
- obtain referral information;
- obtain possible customer leads;
- follow up on initial contacts.

Best Candidate:

- Candidate MUST be US-based;
- English professional proficiency;
- proficient in relevant computer applications like Microsoft Office suite;
- basic knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus;
- high school diploma or equivalent;
