My company, GR Medical Technologies, LLC helps bring services and products to market in the healthcare industry in the U.S.A., primarily in California.
I have used freelance telemarketers for many years, but this is my first experience with Outbounders.
I have a service for a new vendor that is going to require a significant amount of calling over the next several months. I have identified you as a potential candidate for this and am contacting you to gauge your interest and availability in the work as follows:
You will be calling medical and dental offices to generate and gauge interest in our services. This service is something they already use, ours is a service that performs the same job, usually at a much cheaper rate. You will need to identify and speak with the decision maker to introduce the service and generate enough interest for them to take the next step (request information or an appointment.) You may also be making subsequent follow-up calls once they have received their information.
I will be providing you with a script and will be available for continued support.
As a trial, I will send you 500 leads and contract with you for 10 hours at which time I will evaluate your results to determine if we will be moving forward. The other requirement, aside from responding to this, is that you use the OB dialer and provide detailed notes.
Calling all 500 leads is not a requirement. I am much more interested in quality results than number of dials.
