Cold Calling For Real Estate

I'm looking for an experienced cold caller to contact home owners and generate appointments with them. The purpose of the appointments would be to determine whether or not they'd like to sell their homes.

I'll provide the scripts and direction. I need someone who has conversational english, my area is a melting pot so an accent is ok, but they must be able to converse easily.
