Need outbounders to call my prospects

I have an online system set up where leads come in by way of my positioning website and lead page. Once they request a free report on how to make money from home through my site, we will be notified with their contact information. I would like to hire a few individuals who have taken the time to get to understand a bit of my opportunity and then, with a provided script that they slightly adapt to be perfect for them, they call the targeted lead and go through the script. The filtering process is having that prospect listen to a taped call that I have recorded to tell them a bit more information. Then the outbounder would follow up at the agreed to time (after the person has listened to the call) and find out if they are interested.

My opportunity is a free loyalty program so there is no risk to the prospect. Once the outbounder has the prospect signed up for the free card, they will pass that person onto me and I can take it from there to train the ones who are really onboard to grow their own networks.

This truly is my heart and soul as I have a project that I am building with the proceeds of this that I want to be able to really change peoples lives. I only say that so whomever is interested in this position I will want to ensure they see it as more than just a job, and they can really get behind it and enjoy what we are offering.

An added bonus, is that if you choose to sign the individual up under yourself with your free membership, you will on top of being paid for the calls... will have a small residual income built up for you when the prospects use their card. I have rebuttal scripts and closing scripts available as well - but getting a membership and learning how to shop with it before you call as part of my team is mandatory as I don't want anyone to be falsely representing anything.

Integrity and kindness are FAR MORE important to me than a 'hard sell'. This opportunity is very good and easy, so it's just more important for me that we treat the prospects with respect so that they have a chance to really see what we are offering.
