I'm an empowerment educator that is looking to change the lives of others by offering 3 different core services, workshops, consulting, and online programs. At the moment you will be getting paid to close on workshops at organizations, schools,events,etc as well as finding clients that want consulting and coaching. You get paid for any workshop that you close or is passed off to me to be closed (Prefer you close if you have the ability and are comfortable. If you can't at first, that is okay).

The pay per result is an estimated average. I'd plan to make 35% per workshop at the moment (Will charge 1500 for now with the room to negotiate down for the close).

For coaching, there is an hourly rate of $175 which I will pay $50 per hour they commit to. There is a more committed package that has a monthly rate of $497 per commitment. You will get 100 per month that they commit to.

The online programs and products will come in the future. Revenue gained from the workshops and coaching will be funneled into the online program which could have even higher commission percentages.

You don't get any direct commission for any other products they purchase but you will get a 10% share in any other online "profit" (at month end) the brand brings in after you have shown your commitment for at least 3 months.



I need a hungry and passionate agent that is in for the long haul. You must have a passion to help people and make an impact. You must be willing to study me and this business so you can be my voice and sales expert. Though this is business, it is critical that we care and that all decisions pay off in the long term. I'd prefer to lose money now and be extremely wealthy for eternity than to utilize sleezy sales tactics that would alienate those we want to serve. Every interaction matters, every customer matters and we must show that.
