Need outbounders to call my prospects (Cold Calling for lead generation)

i preferably need someone that speaks english as their native language. Preferably Australian, or if not, somone that can speak clear concise english.
i am after someone that can do some telemarketing for me and get leads. Telemarketing would be limited to 4 states in Australia: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory. Telemarketing times would be between 8am - 4pm from monday - friday.

We are an office furniture, workstation, seating and commercial fit-out and refurbishment supplier that covers all of the Australian states i mentioned above. I will give you more information on our products and what we offer and a script etc once i select a winner.

I need applicants to let me know how they will work, whether they need a script to be written for them and how they usually get names to call. (i have a list of some names but i need to know whether you can source other names once you have contacted the ones i supply, or whether you will need me to supply you with more)

Baiscally, i need YOU to tell me how you are going to telemarket for my company, how you will get leads and why you should be the one chosen.
