Make follow up calls to our clients

We are looking for an individual to help us call our clients and follow up on the material we send them.
JOB DESCRIPTION"
You will log into our CRM and do a search for our clients according to a criteria we will provide you.
You will call clients that already have been contacted by us so you will not be rejected.
You will NOT SELL anything, just follow up and offer our help.
You will be spending 2-3 hours a week at a certain time scheduled in advance, usually 12-3 PM EST
