Looking for an American to do cold calls

I need a skilled American outbounder that is familiar with the outbounders.com dialer. I am a final expense insurance agent that is running a test campaign. If this is successful and leads are generated then this will turn into a long term job. The pay just for now will start at 8.50 an hour during this test campaign. I need someone who want get discouraged from hangups, and rejections. Please apply.
