Need an experienced telemarketer that can get results. Must have experience with B2C telemarketing. You will not be selling, you will be calling homeowners that are seeking to refinance their current mortgage to pre-qualify them prior to doing a live-transfer. You will also be cold-calling homeowners (B2C) from a list that we provide for you.
You will be given a script to use as a guideline and to pre-qualify the leads. Once you have a qualified lead, you will live-transfer it to our office in California, USA
Call Center experience is a PLUS. Must know how to use a predictive dialer. You must have experience in using a CRM to keep track of the leads.
Must have a GREAT phone voice and deliver results. Looking for someone that is warm and friendly over the phone - must sound natural, not rehearsed.
You must be able to work during our work hours. You will be working Tues, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00PM to 8:00PM PST Pacific Standard Time AND Saturday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM PST. This is a part-time position.
