I need skilled outbounders to call the UK businesses to find company who want to use our recruitment service for their open job.
Hourly paid:
Paid hourly rate is $3.50/hour for 30 hours a week.
If you proved two continue week with above 5+ valid leads per week, your next week hourly rate adjusted to $7/hour
Achievement Reward:
0 - 2 valid lead per week = no reward
3 - 5 valid lead per week = $5 / valid lead
5 - 10 valid lead per week = $10 / valid lead
10+ valid lead per week = $20 / valid lead
Your tasks are simple:
1) Call clients base on the list and sector we specified
2) Introduce our recruitment agency service
3) Find out if there are currently any job open to use our service
4) Get the contact name, number and email if confirm to use our service.
5) Pass the detail to us and we will do the rest of the follow up.
Prefer you must have a neutral English accent, speak naturally, highly motivated.
The contract begins after 2 valid lead are made. This will be a test that proves you can do the job. If you're the person I'm looking for I very much look forward to working with you.
* Valid Lead mean a client confirmed they like to use our recruitment agency service for their recruitment process.
